Responsibilities:
5 r# a# f: [5 ^' C9 s- J' F+ V) b• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
; Y* b0 p& F; y! S( M9 ?• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;/ m% R! \4 f) M$ D d; j+ Z
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed; s* w4 E) Z( c1 s1 e' T
• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;, ]+ z8 g/ i `+ w" E F5 i6 E
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;

• College or bachelor degree above;8 Q, X9 z# x5 a! Y2 l
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;1 V- e+ j. g! f, h; F9 W
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)# M- @" z' M4 a, x
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;

• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;% T. ^8 {0 m& y" m4 q9 n
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;- K8 r$ u3 h: Y. w" a- B
